Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [2-5 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

 


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery confirmation.

 


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
